Does Car Gurus account for lift kits on trucks or just the value of the truck by itself?

I wonder if some of the vehicles that are marked as a bad deal have features
that are not accounted for in the comparison. What about a "lifted truck or
Wrangler". How do you add for that?

Just ignore values altogether when it comes to Trucks with big $ add ons. The prospective buyer will be the one that understands and appreciates and pay for expensive add-ons. That person will understand how much it costs to get a Truck to that point so put your price on your expensive build Truck. You will get calls !!!
You start racking up all of those Add-Ons, and big money. I have seen guys dump 50k no problem in a Jeep Truck. If the guy wants rubber floor mats, hand crank windows and tiny tires he can go to the Dealership.
All that aftermarket stuff really does not add much if any value. The sellers think it does but buyers tend to stay away from these trucks. I would not buy a heavily modified truck as they probably have been abused and have engine mods (especially diesels) that can end up costing you mucho bucks in repairs.
