How do I turn the fog or running lights off in 2013 corolla

Both switches are a band on the turn signal stalk. Some Trims of Corollas do not allow the DRL's to be turned off, you have to cut off one of the pins on the headlight module up behind the glovebox. . No, I don't know which pin

Blue is switch band. red is fog lights. No DRL 'off' Click for full screen
