Parasitic battery drain problem

Battery dead after 2 or 3 days of not driving. This is on a 2013 Toyota Sienna.

My 2011 sienna has a parasitic current of 600mA. When I remove the ETCS fuse it goes down to 80mA. Does anyone knows why is so high?

What would cause the battery to drain having issue with the battery draining even when I'm driving the vehicle it's a 2000 Toyota sienna we changed the alternator and a new battery but it still drains the battery can someone plz help my phone number is 814 512 6977
