2013 Chevy Cruze sounds like it's fighting for air

Good evening everyone, I am having an issue with my 2013 Chevy Cruze LT
(I am by no means mechanically inclined so sorry in advance). The issue is
that every few minutes or so the car will make a loud noise like it's not
getting enough air and it's fighting to get enough. I have had people tell me it
could be a carbon build up on my IAC valve and that I should take it out and
clean it using a special spray for it. However I'm not 100% nor do I know
where the IAC is located in my car despite research. I have a video of what it
sounds like but I don't think this website will allow me to upload it. Thank you
in advance!

The iacv is on your throttle body (the part the 3 inch black tube connects to on the motor....you'll also see 2 cables connected to a backwards D shaped piece that will rotate when pressing gas pedal) that's the throttle body
