Fuel System Issue with 560SL

I have a 560SL that's having issues with the fuel system.  The mileage is
extremely poor and blows black smoke when accelerating.  The fuel
injectors were recently replaced.  If the past, I believe the cylinder gaskets
where replaced.

Any ideas of what may be going on?

Sounds like it is over loading with fuel,this is signs of bad o2 sensors,or bad catilac converter.
