I have a 2013 f350 6.7 that the wiper controls are inop i have replaced the multi
function switch and looked at all fuses. Also supplied the motor with a power

There may be a module in the wiper motor that has gone bad , it may be sold separate it's up to you .

If the wiper motor runs with an alternate power source, the problem is likely to be a contact issue in the harness or a connector problem at one of the terminations.
