2014 corvette

Sounds like two things. Number one, if it is a 2014, it is under warranty. Number two, it could be a suspension piece lose and rubbing against the tire or rim when it is turned. Does the sound only happen when turning one direction and not the other? You even may have a bad wheel bearing, or is there some debris that has attached it's self to the car? Try jacking up the front end and look to see if the tire or rim shows any sign of wear by rubbing. Also look to see if any pint or protectorate covering has worn off from rubbing. Are you entering a driveway when this happens and the front tires are pushed up into the body when this happens? Are the correct tire and rim size still on the car? (factory issued size)
thanks for you take on this... stopped by the chevy dealership... its called tire chatter and is actually in the manual...
Strange, but I'm glad you found out and now have "peace of mind?"
