today's vehicles don't have a transmission dipstick, the fluid level / fill plug and drain plug are on the bottom of the transmission pan under the car. Have a shop check the level if you think it is low from leaks.
Thanks. I will be taking it in for an oil change next week, so, I will have them check that as well.
I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I am checking all of the fluids, but I can't seem to locate the dipstick to check the transmission fluid. Can someone please help?
