Cylinder 1 misfire

My jeep liberty 2004 3.7 liter she has 6 cylinders. I
replaced a coil pack and still says cylinder 1
misfire and now fuel filter. What can I do to stop
the cylinder from misfiring.

I had same problem except it also said bank 1 sensor was bad as well i replaced pligs plug wires and o2 sensprs seems to work now

Ended up solving the misfire issue, stalling while driving, and computer issues. Did so research and found out it was the crankshaft sensor. They usually only last for 75,000 miles and when I went to replace mine it fell apart. My 06 has 116,000 but I have no issues now.
