If you can find and fix what's causing it to overheat, it will probably quit stalling too. Start by checking the radiator fan motor.
I had noticed that the fan pulling in the air ?? It's that the way should work or I should change the wire connection so the fan blow the air out

Good observation to be checking that air flow. It is normal to be "pulling in". That way it is not "fighting" the incoming air as you drive forward down the road. Also, at some point the factory started using water pumps with plastic impellors. Bad idea. They disintegrate over time and the pump won't pump coolant even though it spins. Complicated to remove pump just to take a look. Maybe look into the radiator, cap off, and look for any movement of coolant as you rev up the engine while it's warm/hot.
