Remove valve cover,replace gasket,repeat,and yes when oil sets on your plugs,surely have as i say cool fouled them,you need to replace them to. Good luck with it.

And oh yes.may not hurt to replace the oil soaked plug wire,s whi you are in there.

You can just replace one,but they come in a set,and if that one is leaking,i think i would,yes you can just try your plug,s first,then just dry your wires off,and test them,if your budget is tight,but if it continues to misfire,put the new plugs on. : ),good luck with it

And on the rocker arm,if, it is that loosing oil side,that would be from like of oil on it.Just add you a bottle of luca.s oil treatment,may help it,
