Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the lifters rocker arms
valve springs and pushrods in my 2001
Jeep grand Cherokee! If you push down on
the pushrod one fourth cylinder front to
back the noise. What could a possibility be
for the problem

If everything replaced was the correct part....sure makes me wonder if it is a lubrication problem (to the lifter), a worn valve stem or a flat cam lobe.
