Check engine light comes on - internal PCM error - change computer - same error

There is one pin on PCM that is showing ohm reading - .5? Should be ground through computer and not have ohms.  What should I be checking

its a jeep those comps are crap ,those errors are common , you can not put used in will never work .if you are going to fix your self you need a plug and play comp. lots of rebuilders N.P.C. automotive computers 866-326-4227 cheapest way .ohms is a measurement of resistance . according to what you wrote there is 1/2 of one ohm of resistance in that circuit . dont worry about this it needs a comp. i have installed several over the years
