Question type: Maintenance & Repair
There is no light lit up on dash board, car has been
sitting for 3 months with only 27,000 miles. Maybe

Charge the battery up with a battery charger. A low battery is hard on the charging system. New cars don't come with very good batteries. Driving it may keep it up as long as the battery is good.

Sounds like a lease car. Letting it run for a half hour or so everyday may help bring voltage back up.

After the battery goes dead it will need to be replaced, it will not hold the same charge as it did before and may leave you stranded. This vehicle does not have an altanator. To charge the 12v battery. It uses the high voltage system to charge it using a voltage reducer.
I have a brand new 2019 Ford fusion that I let it sit too long and it doesn't respond anything how do I start it
We only way to restart the Ford fusion energy starting battery when is dead, is to jump it or put a charger on it. I only have close contact with one of her energy vehicle here in my area and both of us I only have close contact with one of other energy vehicle here in my area and the both of us have problems with the starting battery going dead even with continued daily usage. I have checked the battery in the charger system and there is no problem with either one. Any suggestions out there?
I've had the same issue with my 2017 Energi. If I leave it for a couple days without driving it, it's completely dead and needs to be jumped.
