Are the headlights lenses glazed? Are they aligned properly? Is the air quality poor? Check the headlight’s reflectors, are they in good condition? Is your night vision good? An eye exam might be something to check into. If the headlight’s reflectors are corroded then the headlight need replaced. Now if the headlight units are good and aligned properly then you can try different bulbs, they make brighter halogen lamps that are just plug and play, LED replacements will work as long as you get the right kelvin and lumin rating, there’s also the HID option but they require some wiring work.
