Those are symptoms of a dead/dying battery. If starts with a jump start, drive it to an auto parts store to have battery and alternator tested for free. Don't turn the motor off until you have a plan. If the battery tests dead, they will sell and install the new battery. That battery will be about $125. Avoid the tow truck fee. Also, you can remove the battery, take it in, and have it tested and possibly replaced with a new one.
