misfire in no#1 cylinder, have already changed "all" plugs...still getting misfire

Most misfires in Dodge/Chrysler vehicles are caused one of the four: Spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors or hydraulic lifters and rocker arms. My experience with these vehicles show that your must run your diagnostics in the following order. Check the spark on each spark plug. If all spark plugs have a spark, then this eliminates spark plugs and ignition coils. However, if one spark plug does not spark, then swap its position with a known working spark plug. If swapping shows the working spark plug gets the spark, then change the defective spark plug, otherwise if the swapped working spark plug does not spark, then it is the ignition coil that needs to be changed. If all sparks plugs and ignition coils are working perfectly, then the next move is to shift positions of the injector from one of the misfiring cylinder with an injector with a firing cylinder. If the misfire moves with the injector, then the answer is obvious, however if the misfire remains on the same cylinder then you have to open the valve cover and inspect the valve lifters, one of them my be dead or one of the rocker arms to the cylinder may have flown off
So if swapings pluggs and or coil and the problem stays on cyl. #1 but the problem (loss of power, engine shakes and hesitates) comes and goes. Would that eliminate being a valve lifter? If so, then we change out the injector? If so, would you recommend changing all or that one? OEM part or other performance brand? Thanks.
Hi I have a problem with my Chrysler 300 2.7 V6. the problem is the check engine is on I put the scanner and it gave me this code p0202 . So I change the injector for cylinder #2 and now is telling me that is misfiring in cylinder 6 . When at first told me it was only #2
Check your fuel pressure regulator, it could be failing to generate enough pressure to atomize fuel in all cylinders, so some will misfire. This kind of misfire tends to happen randomly; no specific order.
Thank you I’m going to change the fuel pressure regulator thanks.
I'm getting too much gas on my spark plugs n causing them to file out.. What would causes thay
