WHEN I TURN IT NEVER HAS TILL NOW WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO
HAVE IT SERVICED MY OIL CHANGED GUYS SAYS THEY CANT CHECK IT

The power steering unit usually has a cap on the reservoir with a fluid level indicator attached. Unscrew the cap and see if the fluid level is correct. If it is low, add fluid up to the indicator mark on the cap and see if the problem goes away.
