My car has run less than 10,000km and it says DSC failure . Why ?

When driving, I have been getting the DSC failure alarm and Run Flat tyre
alarm. BMW says the DSC unit has failed. Its costing me USD 5000/-

The KM run is very limited. Can BMW allow such failures

Things do break in a car and yours did, most of the times you get DSC failure if you are driving the car hard such as around corners.
