My 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee was parked during the winter. The battery froze and I installed a new one. I jump started it, and it runs for 3 seconds and stops. I installed a new battery, and it does the same thing. Please help.

This isnt an answer This is a quesyion. 2004 grand cherokee laredo 4.0 starts fine But someyimes when you drive down the road it heditates and the gages drop.Its lije its losing power. Byt it kerps going and eventuallt it straightens out.No codrs.Need to know whats yp.Any suggestions?
