Want to replace back bench seat with captain
chairs in my 2014 Chevy Silverado 2500HD what  
other vehicle can I use some out of?

Unfortunately. this would be a job for a custom upholstery shop. There is nothing that would bolt in directly.

You might be able to adapt seats from a Yukon or similar GM vehicle. I suspect you may not end up with enough leg room in the back.

The silverado is a folding rear bench. There are no provisions in the floor to add seats, and the propper seatbelts for this application. The airbag module will not recognize or accept Seatbelts with an "implausible" part number.
