No brake lights no running lights

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No tail lights work , and if windshield wipers are on the
lights inside dim. Checked fuses and bulbs. Where should I
look next for a solution for my dilema?

Relay switch behind rear panel drivers side. There are 2 about 20 dollar's each
