battery problem

Bought car 4/2019; replaced battery 8/2019 and 12/4/2019. What is draining
the battery"?

You need to do a parasitic battery drain test to isolate the problem. The web has tutorials.

Could be your alternator. I had the same issue and a few months after replacing the battery my car died, a new alternator was the fix.
