I want to post my experience with a certain dealer

I bought a car Cash $21k+from Formula 1 auto imports in New Jersey. The owner Wael Elysddany pocketed my cash and did NOT pay off rhe mortgage he had against my car. So now 3 month later I have no title and no license plates, hence I cannot use the car because the temporary license plates expired and i do not own it because title has not been transferred to me. Please if you are interested in buying a car from this crook restrain yourself.
