Shimmering

If the vibration comes at a certain speed only then something is out of balance, most likely a tirs. If you feel it in the steering wheel it's a front tire, if you feel it in the seat of your pants, it's a rear tire

Bad, out of round tire will vibrate at all speeds with different severity. A brake rotor will also shimmy with varying sereity at different speeds but only when applying the brake
