Maintenance for 2014 Honda CRV Differential fluid changes?

I have a 2014 CRV, when backing up apply brake pressure the rear brakes
make a shutter sound, what does that mean?  does the 2014 Honda CRV need
differential fluid changes?  what should that cost be?
