Maintenance light: A yellow wrench is your Maintenance Minder and means that it's time to make your next service appointment for your CR-V.

Wrench is a maintenace reminder. Below, above the mileage indicator, are letters and numbers. For example, the A may mean oil and/or filter; the B may mean inspection is required. 1 - tire replacement. 2 - cabin or air filter replacement. Etc.

It means you need to change car oil and oil filter. If oil is really low, it will display OILLIFE and % in the odometer display. You will not see your usual mileage display until oil is changed, unless you manually reset your display. But, change your car oil ASAP!

I have has my oil changed but this light is still on in my Honda. Does anyone know why it would still be on?

It doesn't mean the oil needs changed. My oil has a another 2000 mi to go and the light suddenly appeared. If you posters don't know the actual answer don't post your assumptions.
