are the brakes on a 2014 F150 the same as on the 2018 F150 Heritage?

Then find a different mechanic. Brake parts for a Heritage are readily available even from aftermarket suppliers. And don’t go the cheap route, these are the only way to stop your truck so do it right.
Apparently the question arose because it has 7 lugs and the parts store was asking HIM this same question. Anyway, he dug a little and found a parts store that was familiar with this particular truck and it turns out they aren't stock parts. Apparently this model, which also had a factory installed propane gas tank, is different than the standard. Nice for collectors I guess but a pain in my pattoot. I just need it to work for service calls :)
Yeah I am familiar with the ford 7 lug, I had to find some when I worked for Carquest some years back. But they should either stock them or can get them overnight. If he still has problems then EBay.
