will the motor from this jeep fit right into a 99 dodge dakota

i have a 99 dodge dakota sport that someone put a 2.5 in.  i want to swap the
motors from jeep inline 6. would it  work and keep the 5 speed tranny

With enough work you probably could do this swap but it would cost way more than it would be worth. Measure the engine bay to see if an inline 6 would even fit.
