No idle, hard start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After replacing transfer case. No start,no idle
problem anyone have a idea what it could be?
Fuel rail pressure 34lbs

Not sure on that model, but I know the 2001 we did a drivetrain swap on has a ground strap on the transmission. If you don't have it, that jeep wouldn't do much but sit there. Check that you didn't disconnect a ground and forget to bolt it back up.

Check to make sure you didn't leave the neutral safety switch unplugged. If so it will not crank or anything. I'm sure that's it. If it worked before the transfer case change then obviously you disconnected the harness either knowingly or unknowingly.
