Yukon XL 2015 won't start occasionally when brake won't depress

Why won't my 2015 Yukon XL Denali not start sometimes
when brake is hard to depress and start button flashes on
instrument panel and then just clicks? Not key fob. Not
battery. I have had it at 2 dealerships and they are clueless.
