Thump thump noticable on driver front side. Quiets when turning left, gets louder and harder when the vehicle speeds up.

Possibly a wheel bearing. Typically when the wheel bearing is going bad you can isolate which side it is by turning left and right. As you turn left the weight is coming off the left side and increasing on the right side. If the noise gets better then and worse the other way it would be the left wheel bearing. Opposite for the other side.
