My information is not real specific but it looks like your tail lights are fed by fuses #34, #35, and #36, located in the under the hood fuse box. There might even be some relays involved but it's not clear. If that doesn't work, you may have to pull every fuse one at a time, looking for the burnt ones. There is also a fuse box in the passenger compartment, but save that for later.
F12--50 amp under hood fuse box. My wiring diagrams mention led lamps an non led lamps. I don't know which you Have? The first post could be correct.
The bulbs are working they are new but, tail light won't work is there a fish for these and bumper lights. What does the wire assembly look like?

I had an issue with my 2006 so what I did was I took a wire from the running lights of the tail light ran a wire down and spliced it into the wiring harness for the trailer lights for those running lights and I have tail lights working so check to make sure you have power and your trailer light are working and if they trailer lights are working ninja steel power off of it to backfeed the tail lights that's all I did and it worked fine
