how can i fix the air conditioner of my car?

my ac does work it gives me cold air but the cold air fluctuates becoming hotter
and getting cold again after 10 seconds or so. i have already changed the
compressor the radiator cleaned everything else up. what could it be?

Almost sounds like you have a leak. Did you put dye in to check? Are you using the proper gauges and hoses to check the high and low side pressures?
