I got a problem starting my car when I park under a hot sun and when I just park for like 10 min, it will also cause the same problem. It will only start after 4-6 time of ignition. I'm driving a Kia rio 2004 model.

turn the car to acc, (sometimes you will hear the fuel pump activate) then off, then on again, fuel pump is possible, but fuel FILTER, much cheaper and not letting the system "prime", as fast as it should...
the filter is probably with the pump in the gas tank
not 100%, but would bet the fuel filter is behind a small shield of metal, at the corner of the gas tank, externally....almost positive. if not, along the drivers side, under the car, if it runs along side the car, you will see it, but again check the corners of the gas tank, you will see the black line to it.
Fuel filters are internally mounted in the tank on 2004-2005 Rios.
