I have a 95 ford probe that won't start but after a while turning it over it will start and it does it more in the morning but after you get it running it starts up all day what would be the problem.

Could be a fuel delivery problem. Sounds like it anyway. Start with the fuel filter then if that's not it. Check the fuel pump.
I agree. Sounds like fuel delivery. A weak or leaking check valve in the pump allowing all of the fuel in the line to leak back into the tank, a leaky injector allowing the remaining fuel pressure to bleed off into the intake or a very restricted fuel filter - some even filter out water. As mentioned earlier, start with the filter. The best way to diagnose it would be with a fuel pressure gauge hooked up all night so you can see what it's actually doing on cold start-up.
