Is there a way to lock the car from the outside once it is turned on?

I cannot find anyone to put a remote start in my car and with winter coming, I need a way to start it, let it warm up, and lock the doors from the outside.  I don't have keyless entry either.  Is there a way to do this?

An after market security system can do all that if your car has an automatic transmission and electric door locks. Mercedes should have a system for your car though. I would ask your dealer.

I have a hard time believing your new Mercedes does not have remote locking. Do you have the Mercedes key fob?
