2015 mitsubishi outlander sport losing ALL power

when I turn off the ignition everything in the car dies. door locks windows. interior lights everything. and the car will not restart until I raise the hood and tap the battery cables that are tight and connected properly.

cables needing cleaning, tightening possible replacement. If you can wiggle the cable that is in the terminal it has to be cleaned and tightened. If you tighten the terminal and still has movement need to replace.
