Replaced battery tried to start everything stopped working

all went dead. Everything. Nothing works now
So if you try a set of jumper cables and jump it from another vehicle and everything works then there is corrosion inside the two large post terminals. I've seen it before where you tighten them up and it actually loses its connection when they are tightened. by jumping from another car you are clamping to the outside of the terminal and getting a better connection. I hope this is it. If it is it's an easy fix.
