You want to turn your car into an Evo? You would be money ahead to just buy an Evo. The Evo's all had 2 liter engines and I am not sure if your engine can take that level of power or not. I suggest posting your question on an Evo specific forum.

You can get significant power gains on your engine. But at what cost? You would be looking at more than bolt ons. At least cam upgrade with adjustable timing gear. Intake manifold as well as exhauste from the headers back. . A set of pistons as well. You could buy a nice evo for what that costs

I’m living in Iran and government will not import evo to here, so I have to buy evo kits from Dubai and use them for normal lancer! Is it possible?

With enough money and expertise all things automotive are possible.
