hi , i have just brought a toyoto prius 4 from a dealership in florida due to pick it up in five weeks , today i have a email saying it is not a prius 4 but a 2 i have already paid for this car can any one tell me where i stand ?

Is the vehicle new from a Toyota Dealer, or a used car lot? Does your paperwork state that you are buying a model 4, or does it only list the options?
