How to fix iphone nissan rogue problem?

Asked by rogue37 Mar 17, 2017 at 01:09 PM about the 2015 Nissan Rogue

Question type: General

My iPhone 6 is connected to my Nissan Rogue radio via bluetooth.  At times
the iPhone interrupts the radio and displays a screen with a timer counting up
and my cell phone number.  At this time, the radio does not respond to any
controls.  I cannot turn the radio off, volume up or down does not work none of
the attached buttons on the radio work and I cannot turn the phone off or
control the phone at the steering wheel. I have tried all combinations to stop
the error.  The only way I have been able to reset the radio is turn off the
ignition or shut down the iPhone.

I am having this exact same issue with my 2016 rogue and iPhone. If I find out what is going on, I will post it here.
