I have a 2014 Kia Rio LX. It starts perfect when cold. I parked it for about 15 min's. came out & if wouldn't turn over. Turned the key and nothing. I did it 5-6 times & it started. I checked the battery & it is showing 13.1v. Terminals are clean & tight. I did remove them & clean the post, even though there was No sign of corrosion. My question is, is there a relay somewhere that could be beginning to fail ? 1 Answer
