intermittent starting problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Maybe once every for weeks my Honda 2015 CRV will not start on initial the try,
however by returning the key to the lock position and retrying it will start fine.
Obviously the battery and starter are working fine, what can I check for the
source of the problem?

How many miles on the vehicle? Original spark plugs? Maybe a possible fuel issue? Did you actually test the battery voltage and how old?
