What gas should I pump in for my honda crv 2015?

I've heard both 87 and 89 gas for honda crv. Just wanna hear what you guys
use.

http://owners.honda.com/vehicles/information/2015/CR-V/manuals -The owners manual, Page 111 says 87 or higher and use only TopTier fuel.

The book says 87 or higher, but if you want to keep your system cleaner and running well longer use 89
