private seller is not responding. How can I get in touch with him?

unfortunately when this happens it's like cat n mouse. The guy with the car controls everything. he/she can sell to whomever whenever. I just bought a car a few weeks ago that was only online a few hours at night. I sent him a message at 6 AM and went to bed. I get a message at 10 that he has a funeral to go to and I'll just have to wait ( even though I told him I got cash and ready to go). He says we can meet at 3 buy that he's still at a funeral. There are over 250 views of this car at that point. I sat there at a Starbucks and its now 430 PM and the guy keeps telling me a few more minutes and so forth. He finally brings it to me at the store ( his choice) without inviting me at his home ( so what). He brings out the car and doesn't really care to talk about it and it's clean but he just wants to jam RIGHT now refuses to sign the BOS ( signs just the pink... legal). I hated it, but because I know cars quite well, I went ahead and gambled on it being a good clean car. I still have it and it runs just fine. Not sure I understand why he wanted to get rid of it so quickly other than having some XMAS money
