Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2015 MX5 First noticed metal on metal clank in left rear strut after the dealer
took it for a week and put 55 miles on it and put the tire psi at 49? After 16
visits to Mada dealers they fixed that but all kind of stuff went wrong, got a
lemon law lawyer involved then traded for a 2016 MX5. Got home and found
tires at 49 psi and the same clank, here we go again. During first oil change I
saw they took apart the right rear and now that clanks like crazy over raised
road reflectors. How can I stop Mazda service from destroying my car?

Try a different Mazda dealer and talk to Mazda directly to see if they can help out.

With 2015 I went to 2 others dealers. The first pointed out how the fram was bent over adjustment cams, looks, deliberate & 49 psi in tires. They refused to fix clanking though obvious. Third dealer fixed clanking when I videoed it but lowered back of chaise and broke other things. I need a mechanic paid to document and a lawyer who can document. Mazda a USA and dealers only continue the destruction making the second one garbage. I heard the first was totaled. I could not get a good trade in because there were so many things wrong w it; blew hot air out of dash vents while floor always blew air conditioned air, top didn't work right, replaced sub frame bc dealer bent them over cams, mant dents and scratches on every visit, terrible mileage.

You see the worst employees running businesses like this due to weak management. The worst employees take over. Fast food places w "help needed" signs always out front are like that. They always have the worst service food you may get sick from bc the best employees are chased off by the crappy ones who don't care about the business, the quality, only their fragile ego.
