My 2016 Elantra's oil light is flickering, oil level is fine, car is stalling sometimes. Dealer ran the diagnosis but it showed nothing wrong. What could be wrong?

The oil pump could be bad or maybe the oil pressure sender is bad. The stalling makes me wonder if something serious is going on. Keep after the dealer so that this is fixed under warranty
Thanks Mark, You were right, there was something serious going on. Hyundai has agreed to replace the engine on my '16 Elantra. Thanks for your input.
I should have said F_O_R instead of Mark. Sorry and thanks again for your reply.

What was specifically wrong with the engine? I’m having the same issues on my 2014.
I have the same problem with my 2014 Elantra. When I had it serviced 1 year ago the oil pressure sensor and oil was changed and the problem went away... until a couple months ago. New issue now is a flapping/ticking sound that sometimes precedes the car stalling and is louder when I give the car gas. I am going to change the oil and the oil pressure sensor again, but separately to see what helps. Given the issues with the engine model, I'm thinking it is not a long term solution if it works.
