Car jerking

I just got a tune up on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee.
Now it’s jerking, what could be the problem?

A tune up is swapping the spark plugs and changing fluid and filters. Who ever did the work, have them check if they missed an electrical connection or bumped something loose.
