Vvt solenoid bolt

Cant locate a bolt to remove cylinder 1 vvt solenoid. Do I
remove the valve cover to get to it?

did you ever find out where exactly the solenoids were? i need to replace soon been driving with check engine light on for cylinder 2 vvt for over a month and im afraid it will destroy my engine soon hasnt been driving different but the light wont go off.
